The Product
How many chews does my dog get a day?
By bodyweight: under 35 lbs, 2 chews a day; 36–65 lbs, 2 chews a day; 66–100 lbs, 3 chews a day; over 100 lbs, 4 chews a day. They can be fed straight from your hand or mixed into food. Every tub holds 120 soft chews, so how long a tub lasts depends on your dog — roughly 60 days at 2 chews a day, 40 days at 3 and 30 days at 4. Dogs over 100 lbs get monthly refills so they never run short. Choose your dog’s weight on the order form and it shows the figure for that size, along with how often refills arrive.
What is actually in it?
Glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM at real daily amounts, in a soft chicken-flavored chew. The full supplement facts panel is the last image in the product gallery on the home page.
How long before we see a change?
Joint support is cumulative. Early signs can show in as little as the first week, with most owners reporting clearer changes around the 30-day mark and the fullest effect by day 90. Results vary from dog to dog.
Is it a pill my dog will spit out?
No. It is a soft chew dogs take like a treat, so there is no crushing tablets into dinner and no wrestling a capsule down.
Should I check with my vet first?

Orders ship from the US and arrive within 7 business days in the US. You get tracking by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes — we ship worldwide, and shipping is free everywhere. International parcels are tracked the same way and typically take a little longer than US orders while they clear customs.
Where do I track my order?
Tracking is emailed to you the moment your order ships. You can also sign in to your account and open Orders to see the current status.
Can I change or cancel an order I just placed?
Get in touch as quickly as you can with your order number. If it has not been packed yet we can still change or stop it.

How do I pause, skip or cancel?
Contact us and we will take care of it for you — pause, change the delivery date, or cancel outright. Use the contact form and pick “Cancel or pause my subscription”, and include your order number.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. There is no lock-in and no cancellation fee. Stop whenever you like.
Does the guarantee cover subscription orders?
Yes. Single tubs, bundles and subscription orders are all covered by the 90-day money-back guarantee.

What does the 90-day guarantee cover?
Feed it daily for 90 days. If your dog is not happier and moving more comfortably, tell us within 90 days of delivery and we refund the purchase price in full.
Do I have to ship the tubs back?
No. Open, half-finished or empty — keep them. We do not ask you to return a supplement you already fed your dog.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds go back to your original payment method and typically land within 5–10 business days once approved.
